I called the company and told them; on an answering machine nun-the-less, even thought it showed they were deliver. I never received them. I never heard back from them either.
BTW…I would not even give them one star but you have to put a rating.

My Hp computer Pavilion zv6000 deleted 50 raw pictures over 174 from this card when I tried to transfer photos directly from the chip to my hard disk. It automatically cutted my images from the xd-card; I tried to see them again in the E-3 camera but the card was empty. Sorry, but I’m really angry.
What could I do? Software problem? xd-cards problem? Should I use CF cards instead?

I had to pay shipping charges on those. I thought if I spent over $25 with Amazon that I wouldn’t pay shipping charges.

I have an OLYMPUS camera D-390
It uses this type of memory card.
It came with a 16MB card that works.
The new 2GB card did not work.
Appears the camera is at fault.
So the product is probably good but not for me.
Good luck I like my money back if possible.
Actually now I need to find a campatable picture frame to use this product in.

I have an older model Olympus digital camera and found that this picture card was not compatable with it. I contacted Cameta Camera and received instructions to return the item. My account was credited very quickly. I’d definitely purchase from them again and I felt their customer service was great.
